This course provides newly appointed managers with tools to apply to their new role. Practical applications of planning, organizing, coaching, conflict resolution, and managerial responsibilities as well as the basics of communicating, motivating, and delegating were also discussed and interactively explored giving and receiving feedback with peers, managers and subordinates.
