Description
The purpose of this course is to review the regulatory requirements of chapter 302 regarding circuit rider operators, those who operate more than one water or wastewater systems with different ownership. This regulation requires each circuit rider to develop a General Work Plan that lists all systems and locations they operate. This allows owners to understand the scope of the operators responsibilities. The circuit rider is also required to maintain a System Specific Management Plan for each system they operate in order to demonstrate an adequate operations strategy. This course will review the templates for each of these plans along with how to write effective Standard Operating Procedures.
